WISEJOEY does not ship to the following areas: Portugal (Azores and Madeira), Spain (Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla), France (Corsica), UK (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Italy (Cagliari, Sassari, Nuoro, Oristano, Palermo, Agrigento, Caltanissetta, Catania, Enna, Messina, Ragusa, Syracuse and Trapani).

Once payment is confirmed, we will notify you by email. Sometimes notifications take time, in cases where it takes more than 3 working days please contact us via hello@wisejoey.com. In these cases, please do not place a new order and wait for our reply so as not to duplicate the purchase.

We work with different shipping companies to deliver your order. When you order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Just double check to make sure it has not landed in your junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.
